This project was dedicated to the new The Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum at Michigan State University. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, the museum features a striking façade of pleated stainless steel and glass, signaling the museum and the university’s dynamic vision.
I designed a six page booklet using a custom grid system inspired by Hadid's work. The text content and all the images were provided by the class instructor. The goal of this project is to understand and experiment with type, image and grid system.
"There are 360 degrees, so why stick to one?"
The booklet was designed based on a 3 column grid system. Inspired by her work, I added four diagonal lines to my grid system, making the layout more interesting and dynamic.

Maybe something more modern would do the trick.
