The task.

RetailNext is the market leader in Big Data solutions for brick-and-mortar challenges. RetailNext’s technology delivers comprehensive, real-time analytics that empowers worldwide retailers, shopping centers, and manufacturers to collect, analyze, and visualize in-store data.

My Role

In only four months, I helped rebrand RetailNext and launched the new company website. I worked closely with the Marketing Director, the UX director and the Product Manager, gathering their insights. I conducted user research, produced detailed wireframes and mock-up, and brought the new website to life with the help of an out-source digital agency.

By using Card-sorting, I'm able to decide which items should be grouped together, how navigation contents should be organized and labelled and what words I should employ to describe the retailnext technologies.

The results.

The new website received many positive feedback from both users and stakeholders, and the result was stunning.
